Bringing emerging talent and nascent trends to a global audience, Avant/Garde Diaries is a project from Mercedes-Benz that documents the avant-garde through the eyes of respected artists, musicians and other noteworthy innovators.
Inspired by the journeys of these imaginative minds, Unlike City Guides is excited to team up with Avant/Garde Diaries to present a series of guides and stories focused on uncovering unexpected destinations and new perspectives on the urban environment.
Our take on the project will turn the spotlight toward the contributors, asking them to cast a creative eye on the cities they live in and curate personal guides to new and remarkable locations. Starting next week, we will be bringing you regular updates on new diary entries, insider tips on underground trends, and profiles of the key protagonists.
